Standard Membership
For individuals holding a medical degree or scientific workers holding an academic degree working in the field of diabetes mellitus or related diseases.
Membership is always valid from January to December.
Postdoc / Fellow Membership
For scientists conducting research after completion of the doctoral studies in the field of diabetes mellitus or related diseases.
Membership is always valid from January to December. A confirmation letter from a head of department, supervisor or a member of EASD must be provided to support the application.
Student Membership
For students working in the field of diabetes mellitus or related diseases not yet holding a title or academic degree.
Membership is always valid from January to December. A confirmation letter from a head of department, supervisor or a member of EASD must be provided to support the application.
Allied Health Professional / Nurse Membership
For professionals trained in patient care or registered nurses working in the field of diabetes or related diseases.
Membership is always valid from January to December. A confirmation letter from a head of department, supervisor or a member of EASD must be provided to support the application.
Emeritus Membership
For retired individuals holding a medical degree or scientific workers holding an academic degree and worked in the field of diabetes mellitus or related diseases.
Membership is always valid from January to December. To apply for an Emeritus Membership one must be at least 65 years of age and retired. Please contact the Membership Department at membership@easd.org for further information.
